OPTIMAL SOLUTION FOR PLASTIC BINS
AND SMALL COMPONENTS

Our robust KROG pull-outs with steel shelf panel are ideal for storing small parts, plastic boxes and cardboard boxes in a pallet rack. The continuous shelf panel also enables direct storage of loose goods as well as smaller components and spare parts with a load capacity of up to 200 kg. Side edges ensure a secure hold.

FOCUS ON ERGONOMICS

After goods have been removed from the front area, it can be pulled out and goods can be removed from the rear area of the pull-out unit in an ergonomic manner. Employees no longer have to bend into the pallet rack to remove further goods. The risk of injury is thus minimised and an ergonomic posture is supported during loading and unloading.

OPTIMAL USE OF
STORAGE SPACE

With our beam mounted pull-out units, you can also make better use of the rear area of a pallet rack. Storage areas are thus fully utilised and further aids such as forklifts are no longer required for removal and order picking. Depending on the model, you pull the unit up to approx. 70 % or even 100 % out of your racks and can take goods out directly. Alternatively, we also offer a pull-out unit with a two-way action of approx. 70 %. Maintenance-free and smooth-running ball bearings ensure easy pull-out of the units and a long service life without maintenance costs!

EASY INSTALLATION

You can install our beam mounted pull-out units quickly and easily in your existing pallet rack. Assembly is possible at any time in all common heavy-duty rack systems. The pull-out units are simply placed on the existing beams of the shelving and then firmly screwed together. Retrofitting is therefore possible at any time. The corresponding fixing set and assembly instructions are included in the scope of delivery!

SECURITY LOCKING
FOR YOUR SAFETY

A locking mechanism in the closed position is provided by a ball lock, which can be individually adjusted and prevents the pull-out unit from sliding out unintentionally!

To prevent three pull-out units mounted side by side on a traverse from being pulled out at the same time, they can be connected to each other via an optional safety interlock. This prevents the pulling out of another pull-out unit at the same time.
